Remastered version of Deodato’s 1972 CTI debut disc, “Zarathustra Speaks”. This is one of Deodato’s most famous recordings, featuring the theme song from the movie “2001: A Space Odyssey”. Other covers include Debussy’s “Prelude to the Pastoral Afternoon”. Bassist is Ron Carter.
