Release to Commemorate “Czech Year of Music 2024”! The Czech Philharmonic Orchestra led by Bishkov recorded Dvorak’s Symphonies Nos. 7-9! Semyon Bishkov, Chief Conductor and Music Director of the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra since October 2018, performed Dvok on his autumn 2023 tour of Japan, which was a great success. Just prior to the tour, Dvok’s Symphonies Nos. 7, 8, and 9 and the overture “Nature, Life, and Love,” recorded at his home base, Dvok Hall, in late September and early October 2023, will be released as a 2-CD set! Dvok’s last three symphonies are masterpieces from his most productive period as a composer, each composed in an astonishingly wide range of styles and featuring some of the most beautiful melodies of all time.
