A year late anniversary release of the complete works of the famous conductor Dimitri Mitropoulos (1896-1960), a famous conductor from Greece, who made his name in the world in the middle of the 20th century. Last year, 2021, was the 125th anniversary of Mitropoulos’ birth, and this huge 69-disc box set was planned to collect all of his recordings for Columbia and RCA, the two major American labels.
