Description:

Bob Dylan became the first musician to win the Nobel Prize in Literature in 2016. The decision to award him the prize was based on the immense influence Bob Dylan has had on contemporary music, as well as the high regard in which both his musicality and his literary lyrics are held. Now, a rare live archive from the 1970s by this iconic singer-songwriter, a leading figure in the American music scene, has been released! From 1975 to 1976, Bob Dylan embarked on a tour titled Rolling Thunder Revue, comprising a total of 57 performances. This tour, limited to the United States and held in small venues, featured numerous renowned artists and is regarded as an antithesis to the increasingly commercialized concert industry. During this tour, the performances on April 22, 1976, in Florida and May 18, 1976, in Oklahoma were recorded and broadcast as special programs on PBS television and radio.
