This is the ’22 album by the female vocalist of the Italian extreme metal band SYK, who has been releasing left-field style works ranging from dark electro to avant-garde as a solo artist.Danilo Casti produced the sound for this album, as he did for the previous album “TRANSMUTATIONS – I”.The album title “ANIMAMI” is a coined word that refers to the shadows and entities that live in the unconscious and form chaotic events that dissolve into thoughts/feelings, and as if to reflect this theme, the album presents introspective and imaginative dark electro that mixes distorted heavy bass and at random beats that cut to the heart of the human mind. The band performs introspective and imaginative dark electro music.
