Trombonist Hiroshi Suzuki, who has been active in all aspects of Japanese jazz from modern jazz to free jazz, immigrated to the U.S. in 1971 and returned to Japan for the first time in four years to create this album with former Freedom Unity members Akira Ishikawa, Ken Muraoka, Hiromasa Suzuki, and Kunimitsu Inaba.
