This is the debut album by Ritox, formed by Justin Pearsona former member of the legendary extreme music band SWINGKIDS and currently known as the guitarist and vocalist for Locustwho gathered a select group of musicians from the noise-punk scenes in LA and San Diego. While incorporating elements of surf music alongside hardcore and punk, the tracks remain short as ever, with each part clashing in a razor-sharp, high-tension battle. This album is sure to feel fresh not only to longtime noise-punk fans but also to kids who discovered punk through the new generation of bands like Fucked Up and The Men. The single Congratulations, You Are Good Enough has also drawn attention for featuring Nick Giner of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs.
