It has gained popularity thanks to the participation of star-studded artists such as the Tetzlaff siblings and Antje Weithaus.From the 2018 live recording, this album features late-Romantic chamber music from Russia and France: string octets by Glier and Shostakovich, and a piano quintet by Reinold Ahn. In addition to Tetsuraf Quartet members Tanya Tetsuraf, Elisabeth Kufferath, and Hanna Weinmeister, the lineup features young violist Timothy Ridoutwho caused a stir during his 2019 visit to Japanas well as Alban Gerhard, Arturo Pizarro.Tokyo M
