A recital album by German bass singer Andreas Bauer-Canavas.Born in Jena, Germany, he studied at the Carl Maria von Weber University of Music in Dresden and the Franz Liszt University of Music in Weimar, and also spent time studying abroad in Italy and London, where he mastered many major roles. From 2007 to 2012, he was a member of the Berlin State Opera, where he performed works by Wagner and Puccini. Subsequently, beginning in 2013, he became a member of the Solo Ensemble at the Frankfurt Opera, where he has been highly acclaimed for his outstanding technique and expressiveness in performances of works by Wagner, Verdi, Dvok, and others.On this album, she passionately performs bass arias accompanied by the Latvian Festival Orchestra under the baton of Karsten Januschek.
