Elliott Armen, singer-songwriter from Saint-Malo, France, recorded his second album “Turbulence” on the Isle of Lewis, Scotland, Elliott Almen is a singer-songwriter from Saint-Malo, Brittany, France. Inspired by the scenery around his parents’ house facing a beautiful estuary, he began composing songs on guitar and piano as a teenager. After high school, he traveled around Europe for two years, moving from one farmhouse to another in order to find food and shelter. While there, he learned farming know-how from his host family. Elliott’s backpack contained his instruments, notebook, and equipment for recording songs during his travels. He is now settled in his parents’ home, cultivating a bio-diverse farm and bringing back to life the old stone house that inspired his childhood.Influenced by Elliott Smith, Sufian Stevens, and Andy Schauffe, his sound mixes guitar and piano sounds with his own
