Annelotte de Graaf, a female singer-songwriter from Utrecht, the Netherlands, has completed her debut album under the name Amber Arches. Encouraged by her mother, she picked up the guitar at age 12. While studying abroad in Philadelphia during college, she began playing the mandolin with a local band, which sparked her interest in songwriting.In 2012, she released her first EP, featuring soft vocals set against a backdrop of melancholic folk. Afterward, in an effort to expand her musical horizons, she selected five potential producers she wanted to work with. She researched the people behind the music she loved and emailed them one by one, attaching demos she had created using GarageBand. Thats how she met Ben Greenberg.
