Although she was known among a small group of passionate fans for her performances of Scriabin and Chopin, what catapulted her to fame was her performance of Beethovens Piano Concerto No. 3 in the film *The Invincible Man Chosen by God*, directed by Werner Herzog, and captivated audiences with her presence and commanding performance.
