Starting strongly with “Suite for Four Hands,” this album contains piano works, including works for four hands and two pianos, and although there are no large works like sonatas, it is packed with attractive pieces. Despite the title “Complete Works,” “12 Pieces” was published in 1904, but only five pieces (No. 5, No. 6, No. 7, No. 8, and No. 10, which are included here) were carefully selected by the publisher and sent to the Bibliothque Nationale de France, so it is not certain whether they were published or not, and they have disappeared.
