• “3 Years, 5 Months & 2 Days In The Life Of.” was the debut album of ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT’s American hip-hoppers, originally released in 1992.
  The album’s charter successes laid the foundation for the triumphal march of Southern Hip Hop.
  The album, with its focus on love, peace and spirituality, stood in stark contrast to gangsta rap, which spread into the charts in the early nineties.
  The title of the album refers to the time it took for ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT to get a record deal.
  The album reached number 3 in the UK charts and number 7 in the Billboard 200. The singles “People Everyday”, “Mr. Wendal” and “Tennessee” also conquered places in the charts. “Tennessee” is one of the “500 Songs That Shaped Rock’n’Roll” list of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
