A collection of Bach’s flute sonatas by Peter Holzlag! Following the Viola da gamba sonatas by Rainer Ziperling (AE-10206) and the Violin sonatas by Erich Hwald (AE10236), this is the third release in the “J.S. Bach: Sonatas” series by Aeolus. The sonata BWV.1030 features a rare original instrument (Johann August Krone) from the 18th century. The beautiful sound of the Traverso on the high-quality recording by the German label “Aeolus” is also a highlight. Tokyo M-Plus
