The Elites of Windsor Castle. A collection of English folk songs sung by the Queen’s Six! The Queen’s Six is a male a capella group formed in 2008, the 450th anniversary of the accession of Queen Elizabeth I, by members of the choir of St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle. This collection of folk songs from England, Ireland, Scotland, and Wales is sung by six elite singers who are also members of the Tallis Scholars, The Sixteen, Polyphony, and other famous ensembles from the choral kingdom of England. They present world-famous melodies such as “Summer’s Last Rose,” “Danny Boy,” and “Scarborough Fair” in polished harmonies. The Queen’s Six also have close ties to the current British Royal Family, singing at the royal weddings of Princess Eugenie and Prince Harry at Windsor Castle in 2018. Tokyo M-Plus
