Japanese loud rock band coldrain releases their long-awaited album, *OPTIMIZE=OPTDEMISE*, their first in four yearsFormed in 2007, the loud rock band coldrain made their major-label debut in 2008 with their first single, Fiction. Since 2013, they have been signed to an overseas label, touring Europe, the U.S., and various Asian countries, and performing at numerous international music festivals. In 2018, they held their first-ever solo concert at Nippon Budokan. In February 2026, they hosted the third edition of their self-organized festival, BLAREFEST.2026, at Port Messe Nagoya in their hometown of Nagoya; tickets for both days sold out before the lineup was even announced, making the event a huge success.
