[Anna Fedrova, Dana Zemtsov, and Their Fathers: A Journey Through Their Roots]Dana Zemtsov, a violist born in Mexico City with Russian roots. Anna Fedrova, a pianist born in Ukraine who is currently based in the Netherlands. Their fathers are also renowned masters of the viola and piano, respectively. For this project, the four of them came together to create an album featuring music inspired by their roots. Fedorovas father, Boris Fedorov, is also active as an educator and composer; the album opens with the two daughters performing a new piece he composed with a sense of nostalgia.
