David Bedford is a composer who, despite coming from the classical and contemporary music scene, had a profound influence on the British rock scene of the 1970sthrough his contributions to Kevin Ayers early solo work, his role in the backing band THE WHOLE WORLD, and his orchestral arrangements for Mike Oldfields *Tubular Bells*.A compilation album featuring songs he composed and produced during the early part of his career in the 1960s and 1970s will be released in ’26 by Greyscale, a subsidiary of the UK-based Gonzo Multimedia!
