A grand project has begun to document all of Denis Dufour’s (1953-) works, the direct successor of Pierre Scheffert and the leading figure in “Aquasmatic Art”. Developed from “Musique Concrte,” “akusmatic art” is a broad concept that utilizes any sound material that can be established in a medium, and also encompasses non-musical fields such as radio art.
