Brussels-based pianist Elodie Vignon, who has released four solo albums on Cypres, has taken on a new challenge: to record all of Debussy’s piano works, which she loves, in the order of composition. In this first collection, she recorded the prelude to “The God of the Pastures,” which the composer himself arranged for two pianos with Nathaniel Gouin as a guest, and the early “Dreams” and other pieces.
