Florian Noack, a prodigious pianist born in Brussels, Belgium, in 1990, began studying at the age of 12 in the special program (also known as the program for gifted children) at the Queen Elisabeth Music Academy in Belgium, where his talent was highly praised by Brigitte Engeller. Influenced in part by his studies under Vasily Lobanov at the Cologne University of Music, he has made Russian music a central part of his repertoire. For this album, he has arranged works by Russias leading composers for the piano himself. The way he masterfully recreates these pieces as solo piano pieces without compromising the original orchestration is truly breathtaking.Tokyo M Plus
