A collection of works by Nils Wilhelm Goese! The Danish composer Nils Wilhelm Goese (1817-1890) is unfortunately not a well-known composer to the general public. However, Giese is an important figure both artistically and historically, and this album is a perfect opportunity to re-evaluate some of his rarely performed works. Michele Tozzetti, born in Rome in 1991, studied at the Anton Rubinschtein Conservatory in Rome with Sarah Matteo and Andrea Ferrochi, and then at the Conservatorio di Santa Cecilia, He studied at the Royal Brussels Conservatory of Music, and in 2018 founded the music festival “La Domenica” in Rome as artistic director, where he is active as a soloist as well as a chamber musician.
