  The album is pressed on 200 gram vinyl and housed in a reprint of the original sleeve on which the lyrics are printed. Islands was King Crimson’s fourth studio album. It was first released in 1971 and was recorded at London’s Command Studios in between countless live performances by the then newly-formed band.
