A duo based in New York consisting of Olivia Osby and Avsha Weinberg. This album depicts a conceptual world in which Dale, a duck protagonist, and his friends stand up against LBH, a tyrannical media conglomerate that promotes division and isolation to maintain its dominance, making it their most free-spirited, catchy, and quirky work to date. On BigThumb, folk-jazz-style tracks born from extended jams featuring 12-string guitar and harmonica are layered with impressionistic lyrics inspired by newspaper clippings. Osby and Weinberg wrote, composed, recorded, produced, and mixed every track themselves.
