Symphony No. 7 is a live recording from Suntory Hall during Jansons visit to Japan. This performance is one of Jansons own personal favorites. It is accompanied by Combrio by Jrg Widmann, who enjoys great popularity in Germany. The piece freely develops Beethovens musical material.
