On this album, you can hear a diverse range of works, from ancient poetry to classical Indian verse, and even a song of prayer featuring Desmond Mpilo Tutua South African pacifist and 1984 Nobel Peace Prize laureateas well as his latest composition written for the Cambridge Kings College Choir. His music is truly simple and straightforward; rather than emphasizing complex harmonies, it features melodies so accessible that, if you so choose, you could even join in the prayer.
