In creating this work, Meadow and Gen Tanabe, who have been living and weaving sounds in two different places while feeling close to the mountains and villages, share a common language of “land”: the air and atmosphere of the hills, mountains, and land. It has a certain coldness and the warmth of the seasons. Melting snow flowing down the mountains, soft grass swaying in the wind, birds beginning to sing… The sound that gives a sense of texture and materiality, as if cut from the natura
