Michael is the son of the legendary Kurt Sanderling. Born in 1967, he enjoyed a successful career as a cellist before shifting his focus to conducting. The German String Philharmonic is a youth string orchestra, with Zanderling serving as its principal conductor. Recorded at the Church of Jesus Christ in Dahlem, a venue famous for hosting recordings by the Berlin Philharmonic.Tobu Land System
