A collection of medieval keyboard instruments restored by master craftsmen in Japan through a process of imagination and verification, based on drawings that have been passed down in Europe for over 600 years. Many of these instruments, which are rarely seen in everyday life, are structurally delicate and difficult to maintain in the same condition over the long term. This album documents the once-in-a-lifetime encounter between these six instruments.
