Description:

This work marks a return to the roots while further pushing the boundaries of experimental sound. It draws inspiration from Ben Shahns piece *The Second Allegory*. The entire work is deeply imbued with themes characteristic of the Cold War eraan atmosphere of unease, fear of uncontrollable forces, and a world teetering on the brink of collapse. Although rooted in a past dominated by fears of nuclear war, this sensibility resonates strangely with todays unstable and tense global climate. While the album consists largely of instrumental tracks, Fatboi Sharif contributes to three songs. The content offers a glimpse of a full-scale collaborative project scheduled for release next year.
