Critically acclaimed drummer, producer, and composer Salin, known for her innovative blend of global rhythms, today re-releases her highly anticipated album, Rammana. After receiving a Juno nomination for Global Music Album of the Year this groundbreaking work, a vibrant testament to Salin’s continued artistic growth, houses 10 meticulously crafted tracks including previously shared singles “Si Chomphu”, “Current”, “Egungun”, “Puaj”, “Painted Lady”, and album title track “Rammana”. Rammana is a deeply personal journey, weaving together the sounds of Northeast Thailand with the psychedelic soul of 1970s West Africa, all filtered through Salin’s distinct modern production ear.
