Camarg Guarniellis real name was Mozart, and he demonstrated precocious genius in piano performance and composition, which he learned from his mother; however, he later signed his name simply as M. instead of Mozart and adopted his mothers maiden name, Camarg, as his surname.Guarneri was influenced by the nationalist ideas of Mario de Andrgi, a Brazilian writer, poet, folklorist, and musicologist, and sought to innovate Western classical music using the language of Brazilian music.
