• “Writing songs with John Lennon was a long joyride,” Paul McCartney once said about working with his Beatles colleague. Inspired by this statement, the title of Roxette’s third album was created 30 years ago: “Joyride”.

  To mark the anniversary, the long player will be reissued once again in 2021 in the form of two 30th Anniversary Deluxe Editions, on either three CDs or four LPs, which will include previously unreleased or hard-to-get material, including remixes, B-sides, demos and live recordings, in addition to the original version.

  “Joyride” was originally released in March 1991 and was the third album by the Swedish pop rock duo, consisting of singer and guitarist Per Gessle and singer Marie Fredriksson, who passed away in 2019.
