• “Remind Me Tomorrow” is Sharon Van Etten’s first album after a break of almost five years and came into being during a phase of Sharon’s life in which she really wasn’t bored: she was pregnant, studied psychology, auditioned for the Nextflix series The OA – and got the role. Van Etten was musically involved in David Lynch’s revival of Twin Peaks. Off the screen she wrote for the first time film music for Katherine Dieckmann’s movie “Strange Weather” and contributed the final song for Tig Notaro’s show “Tig”.
  Between all these undertakings she stole an hour every now and then to work on her album. The songs were transported by Van Etten’s original demos through arrangements by John Congleton. The songs are as resonant as ever, the themes are still an honest and subtle approach to love and lo
