A series tracing the artistic evolution of Norwegian music, which flourished significantly after World War II, through recordings by representative musicians. The artists featured in Volume 5 are the Norwegian Woodwind Quintet, formed in 1955 by five wind players from the Oslo Philharmonic Orchestra. Pear Oyen on flute, Erik Nr Lsen on oboe, Erik Anresen on clarinet, Odd Uvelberg on horn, and Torleiv Nedberg on bassoon.
