  In a career spanning more than 50 years, Belgian-born, US-based folk singer-songwriter Tucker Zimmerman has maintained a degree of obscurity and earned a reputation as one of American folk music’s most underrated talents.

  Over the years, Zimmerman has been rediscovered and praised by musicians like Adrianne Lenker of Big Thief (“Tucker Zimmerman is one of the greatest songwriters of all time”) and Angel Olsen, as well as some of the greats – Tony Visconte and David Bowie (who called Zimmerman “overqualified for folk”) were fans early in Zimmerman’s unfinished career.
