The Best of RombiRombi [18101874] was a composer born in Denmark. He was particularly skilled at dance music such as waltzes, polkas, and gallops, and some have called him the Johann Strauss of the North. In 1843, he became the resident composer and conductor at the world-famous amusement park Tivoli Gardens, where he continued to bring joy to the people. Unlike the Viennese composers, his music is more descriptive and often features accessible themes.
