In March 2009, Fedoseyev and the Tchaikovsky Symphony Orchestra (formerly the Moscow Radio Symphony Orchestra) gave a four-day concert series in Vienna. The Russian television network Kultura recorded the performances, which have now been released on DVD. The program combined symphonies by Beethoven and Tchaikovskya combination that has become a staple of Fedoseyevs repertoire in recent yearswith the formers Eighth and the latters Fourth performed on the first night. Although Fedoseyev is 77 years old, he moves with the lightness of a young man, and his music is youthful and full of energy. The encore, Song of Autumn, is believed to be Alexander Gauks orchestral arrangement, although this is not indicated in the program notes.King International
