We have already released Tchaikovskys Symphony No. 4 (DCCA-0052) and Symphony No. 5 (DCCA-0047), and now, after much anticipation, his masterpiece, the Pathetique, is finally being released. Furthermore, this reissue utilizes our second-generation technology, which has received widespread acclaim across numerous previous releases. For these SP records, we undertook the incredibly painstaking process of manually removing as much noise as possible. While the restoration process for LP records already takes a considerable amount of time, as you know, SP recordswhen played with a stylusare plagued by an excessive amount of annoying crackling noise, making the work extremely difficult. However, unlike when using noise filters, this method minimizes damage to the sound itself. Since it has such a significantly positive effectpreserving the original timbre, dynamic range, spatial depth, and the
