This is the Ring of a New Era! A new Ring has been born through a joint production between the Arts Center in Valencia, Spain, and the Florence Municipal Opera House in Italy! This production features the Barcelona-based performance troupe La Fura dels Baus, with its core member, Carles Padrissa, serving as director. One of its defining features is the stunning CGI imagery projected onto a giant screen. While the use of video in opera productions is not uncommon, this production projects highly detailed CGI imagery onto a screen that spans the entire stage.
